I designed social content that made complex health information feel human and accessible, positioning Ascension as the trusted care provider for patients and families navigating some of the most stressful moments of their lives. From knowing when to go to the ER versus urgent care, to jumping on cultural moments like Bruce Willis's aphasia diagnosis to bring a doctor on camera and explain the disease clearly and compassionately, the work lived at the intersection of medical authority and genuine care. I built a visual system balancing warmth, clarity, and credibility, including a series of GIPHY stickers that crossed one million uses.
