At Eustis Mortgage I built the marketing department from the ground up, developing a brand system and content strategy across six mortgage companies and 30+ individual loan officers, managing 75+ social accounts across multiple states. I grew and led a five-person creative team, producing personalized video shoots, educational graphics, website redesigns, and event branding that made the home buying process feel less intimidating and positioned loan officers as trusted, approachable experts. The result was 3,000% social audience growth over four years.
